Replacement & Refund Policy

Our Policy

At Mingle Fashion, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer replacement or refund options under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Replacement/Refund

You may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• You received a wrong/damaged/defective product
• The product doesn't match the description on our website
• The product size doesn't fit (tags must be intact)

Note: Some products like innerwear,and accessories are not eligible for replacement/refund due to hygiene reasons unless defective.

Conditions for Replacement/Refund

To be eligible for replacement or refund, your item must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
• Not washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Replacement Process

Step 2: Provide order details and photos of the product (if defective/wrong item)

Step 3: Once approved, we'll arrange pickup of the product

Step 4: After verification,we'll dispatch the replacement (subject to availability) or process refund

Replacement delivery time: 3-7 working days after approval

Refund Process

If you choose refund instead of replacement:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after product return
• The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bKash or bank transfer
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Innerwear, socks, and other personal hygiene products
• Cosmetics and beauty products
• Customized or personalized items
• Gift cards/vouchers
• Products marked as "Final Sale“
